Finish the training off with a session on strategy!

Gone are the days where the skip of a team was the one solely in charge of the team strategy. Curling is a team sport and that includes what happens in the house. While the skip is the one who will make most strategy decisions and lead the team, it is important for all players on the team to have an understanding of the strategy of the game.

If you feel that your strategy could use a refresher, come on out for a group session. This session will include an off ice portion with a detailed presentation on basic strategy as well as some on ice drills and demonstrations.

Please note that this session is not intended as a Learn to Curl program. While curlers with limited strategy knowledge are welcome to join, this is not intended to be a place for brand new curlers. If you are a beginner, please take a look at some of our Learn to Curl options!
