This second Member Lesson focuses on sweeping technique, rock speed judgement and proper stopwatch use, and team communication down the ice. Sarah and Morgan will lead the session - group style - with demonstrations, explanations, and hands on assistance. The session will start with instruction and explanation and move to a drill that will improve the skills listed above. 

These lessons are intended for curlers of any skill level. However, this is not a Learn to Curl. It is specifically designed to improve skills that already exist.
