Excited to get back on the ice? So are we.
Come on out, shake off the cobwebs, and lets start the season off right!
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to improve your slide and delivery, look no further. Dig out your shoes, shake the dust off of your broom, and join us for a group lesson. There is no better time to get feedback on your slide and delivery than right at the start of the season!
This first member lesson is designed to offer a combination of group information, drill work, and individual evaluation and assistance. It will begin with an off-ice discussion, where Sarah and Morgan will point out some common problems and how to begin to address them. This off-ice discussion will also be an opportunity for participants to bring forth their concerns to be addressed throughout the session. Once on the ice, Morgan will work with the larger group, leading them through a series of drills meant to assist with all parts of slide and delivery. At the same time, Sarah will rotate through all participants and individually assess and assist with slide and delivery concerns.
If you are interested, please be sure to register early as spots are limited! Registration is required in advance. Walk ins will not be permitted.
